Live Events
Customization events put a working studio inside your event. Guests choose an item, pick a design, and watch it made — engraved, embroidered, patched, stamped, or strung into charms — finished in minutes and carried out the door.

FAQ
What is live event customization?
A staffed station at your event where guests personalize real items in real time — engraving, embroidery, patches, stamping, or charms — and leave with the finished piece the same day.
What kinds of events do you do?
Product launches, retail activations, press previews, brand events, conferences, corporate parties, weddings, private celebrations, festivals, and cultural programming.
How many stations can run at once?
As many as the event needs — engraving, embroidery, patches, stamping, and a charm bar can run side by side as one coordinated activation.
What can guests customize?
Product you provide, items we source, or things guests bring — sneakers, jackets, hats, bags, glassware, and more. We advise based on material and technique.
Where do you set up?
Based in New York City, traveling worldwide. Stations are self-contained — retail floors, showrooms, offices, venues, outdoors.
What does the venue need to provide?
Table or counter space, standard power for engraving and heat press stations, and load-in access about an hour before guests arrive.
How far ahead should we book?
A few weeks is comfortable; more for multi-station activations or custom fabrication. Tight timelines are sometimes possible — ask.
What does it cost?
Depends on stations, headcount, hours, and materials. Send the details and we'll quote it.
