Charm Bar Events NYC
Guests pick a chain and their charms. We engrave names, initials, and dates on the spot and assemble each piece — necklaces, bracelets, bag charms — finished during the event.
Charms can be designed and cut in our studio — shaped like your logo, your product, or anything else — or sourced from existing collections to fit your timeline and budget.

FAQ
What is a charm bar?
A charm bar is a live event station where guests build personalized jewelry and accessories, choosing a chain and charms, then having them engraved and assembled on the spot. Original Rose produces charm bars for brand activations, retail events, and private gatherings in New York City and worldwide.
What is a charm bar event?
A charm bar event is an activation built around live charm customization. Guests select charms from a curated set, personalization is engraved at the table, and each piece is finished during the event, so guests wear it out.
How many guests can a charm bar serve?
Depends on format and staffing — keychains and bag charms move fastest, engraved necklaces take longer per person. Send your headcount and hours and we'll spec the station.
Can the charms be custom shapes, like our logo?
Yes. Logos, products, mascots, custom shapes — designed and cut in our studio. Send artwork or describe it.
Do you have to custom make the charms?
No. Charms can be custom made in our studio or sourced from existing collections. Sourcing is faster and works well for tighter timelines and budgets; custom fabrication makes the set exclusive to your event. Both can be combined in one bar.
Do you engrave at the event or beforehand?
Both. Live at the bar is standard; we can pre-engrave part of the set for large crowds.
What materials do you work with?
Metals, acrylics, and woods in a range of finishes. We recommend based on the look you want.
Where do you set up?
Based in New York, traveling worldwide. The station is self-contained — retail, showrooms, offices, venues, outdoors.
How far ahead should we book?
Custom charms need lead time — a few weeks is comfortable, more for a large set. Sourced charms can move faster. Tight timelines are sometimes possible.
Can it combine with your other services?
Yes — charm bar plus engraving, embroidery, or patches is a common combination.
What types of events use charm bars?
Brand activations, product launches, retail pop-ups, gifting suites, corporate events, and private gatherings where guests take home a personalized piece.
What does it cost?
Depends on charm designs, materials, headcount, and hours. Send details through the booking page for a quote.
