Original Rose engraved 70 monogrammed lemons for the launch dinner of Rosie Assoulin's collaboration with Target. The lemons were used as name cards on the tablescape.
Each lemon was engraved with a guest's name in script. The engraving marks the outer layer of the peel without cutting into the fruit, so the lemons stayed intact through the dinner. Production was handled by Care of Chan.
